One-on-one virtual sessions designed to help athletes, performers, and high achievers strengthen confidence, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overall mental performance.

These sessions integrate sports psychology, nervous system regulation, mindset development, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions, physiology, and behavior under pressure.

Clients can expect support with:

  • building greater confidence and self-trust through improved emotional regulation, preparation, and self-awareness

  • improving self-talk patterns and reducing excessive self-criticism, perfectionism, fear of failure, and performance anxiety

  • strengthening focus, attentional control, and the ability to remain present under stress or pressure

  • recognizing and interrupting limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, and self-sabotaging behaviors that negatively impact performance and well-being

  • improving resilience, adaptability, and recovery during periods of stress, adversity, burnout, or overwhelm

  • developing healthier relationships with achievement, identity, discipline, and self-worth outside of performance outcomes

In-Person Coaching

In-person coaching combines real-time observation with performance psychology and nervous system-informed coaching to help clients improve awareness, regulation, focus, communication, and execution within live environments.

This may include:

  • helping athletes regulate emotions and reset attention in real time during practices, training sessions, or competition

  • improving confidence, communication, emotional composure, and attentional control under pressure

  • identifying behavioral, emotional, or physiological patterns that negatively impact performance consistency

  • reinforcing practical mental performance skills within real-world situations rather than only discussing them conceptually

 

  • Single Session (60 min - 2 hours): $175(1 hour), $235(90 minutes), $300(120 minutes)

  • Half-Day Observation/Support: $600

  • Competition/Event Support: Custom pricing

Interactive workshops designed to help teams improve communication, confidence, emotional regulation, leadership, resilience, and overall team culture.

Workshops may help teams:

  • strengthen confidence, focus, and resilience without relying solely on outcomes or external validation

  • better understand how stress, perfectionism, burnout, and nervous system activation impact performance consistency

  • develop healthier responses to adversity, mistakes, setbacks, and performance fluctuations

  • Single Workshop (60 min–120 min): $500–$1,500

  • Multi-Workshop Packages: Custom pricing based on team size and frequency

Ongoing mental performance and team support throughout a competitive season designed to help teams maintain psychological consistency, emotional resilience, communication, and overall culture long term.

Ongoing support may include:

  • helping athletes regulate stress, pressure, adversity, and emotional overwhelm throughout the season

  • leadership development, team accountability, and culture sustainability

  • implementing systems and routines that support confidence, focus, communication, recovery, and emotional well-being over time

  • Small Team Package: Starting at $2,000–3,500/season

  • Larger Team Programs: $5,000–15,000+/season

  • Monthly Retainer Structures Available

Educational sessions designed to help parents better support athletes and high-performing children while reducing unnecessary pressure, burnout, anxiety, and identity-related stress.

Parent sessions may help families:

  • better understand the emotional and psychological demands of competitive environments
