This wasn’t built from comfort. It was built from determination and a dream.

We built Mile High Mentality on a simple belief: optimal performance is trainable and anything is possible with self-belief, deliberate practice, and intentional effort.

Our approach leans on committing to the process of improving, regardless of the outcome, understanding that there are ebbs and flows through every season. We teach skills and strategies to help you show up as your best self, in competition and in life.

We pride ourselves in equipping each client with the necessary frameworks needed to thrive and maximize their unique potential.

I’ve always been an intensely passionate person when it comes to what I value.

When I set my mind to something, I’ve shown myself again and again that I can accomplish it with discipline and determination. I’m empathetic, driven and I love to learn. I embrace a mindful, heat-based and healthy life, and I am always embracing ways to grow.

I grew up immersed in sports, practices, and competitive environments, which shaped how I see mental toughness, effort, and performance.

That foundation carried into competing in CrossFit and bodybuilding, while also pursuing my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in sport psychology and working in clinical mental health.

My college education changed my life, the way I thought, and the way I saw myself immensely. It allowed me to open my perspective, which eventually led me to question the beliefs I was raised in and choose to think for myself.

That process forced me to become more self-aware, more intentional, and more authentic about how I was living. I care deeply about helping people think effectively, trust themselves, and move beyond patterns that are keeping them stuck– whether that’s self-doubt, perfectionism, or feeling like they’re not enough.

I want you to understand your mind so that you can regulate your emotions and perform and live in a way that actually reflects who you are and what you’re capable of.

I believe that optimal well-being and performance can only occur when you are embracing your best, most authentic self and living in the present moment.

Outside of my work, I value the simple things in life: walks in nature with my dogs, yoga, meditation, exercise, good coffee, time with the people I love most, and creating a life that genuinely feels like, well, “me.”

I didn’t fall into this work. I chose it.

I grew up in a small town where the path in front of you was pretty defined and it wasn’t the one I saw for myself. I’ve always been competitive and all-in on what I care about. Early on, that showed up through skateboarding and competing in the gym. If I committed to something, it had my full attention.

After high school, I followed a more traditional route, but it wasn’t aligned. I was doing what made sense on paper, not what actually pushed me. When I stepped away and found sport psychology, everything clicked.
To me, It wasn’t just interesting, it became something I thought about constantly.

That’s what led me here. New city, new environment, and a decision to go all in.

No fallback plan. No safety net. Just a clear vision and a willingness to bet on myself.

Now, my focus is simple. I want to make a real impact on the people I work with. I’m not interested in surface-level change, I’m committed to building something that holds up when it matters.

What separates me isn’t just what’s on paper,  it’s how I show up every day.

I’m actively doing the work, pushing my own standards, and evolving through execution, not talk.

I’m committed to showing up every day and honoring the process this work requires. And I’m all in on seeing it through.
